Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, address, service preferences, and payment details to provide and manage our cleaning services. Payment information is handled securely via third-party processors. We do not sell or rent your information. You can request access, corrections, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@naimarengoring.dk. Cookies may be used on our website to improve user experience and gather anonymous analytics. Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

Services Covered

Residential Cleaning, Office / Business Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Move-in & Move-out, Deep Cleaning, Airbnb / Rentals. Full Airbnb management includes listing, photos, messaging, accepting/declining bookings. Clients receive rental income directly. All cleaning equipment and supplies are provided unless agreed otherwise.

Payment

All prices include VAT, materials, and driving. Invoices are sent monthly with 5 days net payment term. Extra cleaning hours: 315 DKK/hour incl. VAT, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services until payment is made.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Complaints must reach us within 12 hours. We aim to rectify any issues within 48 hours.

Changes to Agreement

Any changes to the subscription agreement are valid only in writing.

Holidays

During holiday periods, please check in advance for available cleaning schedules as times may differ. Business customers may have different conditions.

Price Control

Prices are reviewed annually on March 1st.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by phone. Late cancellations: 140 DKK. Same-day cancellations: full price, regardless of time.

Keys & Key Boxes

Lost keys are replaced; locks are not changed. If needed, a key box installation service can be arranged for all types of cleaning services. Clients should provide clear instructions for key access when applicable.

Insurance & Liability

All employees are insured, and the company holds statutory insurance. The company also has insurance against damages. Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property. Naima Rengøring is not liable for accidents or injuries caused by unsafe conditions or pets on the premises.

Force Majeure

Naima Rengøring is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Photos & Marketing

Naima Rengøring may take photos of cleaned spaces for marketing purposes. Client consent will be requested before sharing identifiable images.

Feedback / Reviews

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback after each cleaning. Feedback may be used to improve our services.
